This should be a document signed by an authorised organisation or a statutory declaration proving that you are of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, and re accepted as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander in the community in which you live, or formerly lived.
