The following evidence documents must be attached to your application.

• Verifiable* transcripts of relevant academic records (secondary school certificate or higher level qualifications)
• Verifiable* proof of English language ability that meets the entry requirements for the course
• Verifiable* copies of your birth certificate, current passport or other official documents to verify your citizenship status in your current name.
• Other evidence in support of your application (such as references; an application for course credit; resume etc)
• Portfolio of creative work, if relevant to your chosen major

AIE Institute have scholarships available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and other equity subgroups.

Students who have experienced long term educational disadvantage may apply for equity adjustments. Disadvantages may include your geographical location or other demographics.

In submitting this Admissions Application Form, I declare that:

1. I have been provided with relevant policies relating to my course and enrolment, and I have read and understood the policies and procedures
• In particular, I have accessed the policies and procedures section on the AIE Institute website and I have read and understood the Fee Policy and Procedure and Fee Schedule, Refund Policy and Procedure Domestic Students, Admissions Policy and Procedure, Student Grievance Policy and Procedure and Entry Requirements including pre-requisites and English language requirements
• I will adhere to the policies and procedures and any other guiding documents that are relevant to my study, and understand that failure to do so may result in disciplinary action and cancellation of my enrolment in serious cases
2. I have accessed, read and understood, and will abide by the Student Code of Conduct at all times
3. I have the financial capacity to meet my obligations to pay tuition fees and other associated fees as they become due, and understand that failure to do so may result in late fees or cancellation of my enrolment
4. I understand that I will not be issued with a testamur if any fees are outstanding
5. I consent to receiving information electronically
6. I consent to the provider verifying the authenticity of my academic/professional qualifications and work experience, and understand that the provider may inform other organisations, government departments or agencies if any of the information I have provided is not accurate
7. I will undertake my studies to the best of my abilities, follow the rules of the course, and submit my assessments on time
8. I will make every effort to maintain satisfactory progress to complete the course within the scheduled timeframe
9. I will read my student email regularly and log on to the student portal at least weekly
10. I will notify the provider of my contact details and keep them up-to-date at all times by notifying the provider of any changes within 7 days of the change. This includes: my current residential address; mobile phone number and email address; emergency contact person and contact details
11. I will provide true and correct information at all times
12. I will keep a record of this agreement and receipts for payment of tuition fees and non-tuition fees
