Early Entry to AIE
Apply now and secure your place at AIE in 2025
You can apply now and get an Early Entry into AIE’s Bachelor of Game Development Degree Programs. Offers are conditional and subject to your completion of year 12 studies.
AIE’s Advanced Diploma programs are also eligible for Early Entry. For more information please go here.
What is the Early Entry Program?
AIE’s Early Entry Program is for students completing Year 12. We’re looking for your academic suitability for the program you have selected as well as your creative and/or technical knowledge – not your ATAR results.
We do this by conducting an interview at a time that suits you. At the interview we will review your year 11 or mid-year 12 results. We would also like to see a collection or portfolio of the creative works you have completed relevant to the course you are applying for.
An early offer to AIE secures your place in the course and helps you focus on finishing year 12.
Early Entry Steps
- 1
You can apply directly to AIE using the Application Form on the AIE website.
- 2
As part of the application, upload a copy of your academic results (year 11 or mid-year 12 results).
- 3
Organise an interview using the booking form on the final stage of the application form.
- 4
Upload the creative works you have completed relevant to the course you are applying for.
- 5
Attend the interview and discuss your chosen course with AIE staff.
